I plan on upgrading my processor (x2 4200+ to a x2 6000+) on a 500w smartpower by antec. I also want to replace my 120mm rear fan and my 80mm case fan in the front. So by replacing those two, adding another 80mm in the front, an 80mm on the side and a 120mm on the side as well it adds up to the following:
2x120mm
3x80mm
btw these are all antec tricool 3 speed blue led fans
Soooo...what I wanna know is how many watts are 5 of these together 'roughly' sucking out of my power supply? thanks in advance guys

Fans use very little power, a single fan is usually around 2-3 W. The power usage is generally written on the fan though, just add it up.

I don't know why you want to upgrade all that, seems like a lot of fan for nothing and a cpu upgrade that's not really needed... unless you have lotsa cash and no where to put it, but hey, i'm not your mom... so i'll shut up on that part.
As far as fans go, it's not the number of fans but the flow inside the case that matters most. Try to optimise the flow to go from front to back, and route the air to go on all the hot components. If you cannot route the air properly, then use a fan to direct it on the components. Remember, make your inside of the case like a river, not a chaos storm.
Power? anything over 550w is good for what you've mentioned. 650w will give you more than peace of mind.

Score 1 for EyeMaster, but keep in mind that creating vacuums or dead zones will cause alot of heat to collect (which is kinda the basis for the river > storm analogy) as far as I've seen, front to back, bottom to top, left to right, in that order is the airflow you should go for, try and get the air in, out and up as quick as possible without having to redirect it too many times. More fans != better cooling.
