Kind of hard to get PS3 game. Anyone know of a place where I could pick it up relatively cheap?

now that i have you here... would you recommend it?

I LOVED the Tokyo Xtreme racer series for my DC but haven't played a racing game with the Wangan line or other Tokyo loops in a long time.

TXR was by far the "most frustrating racing game" i have ever played. Followed closely by Midnight Club 2. Save your money, wait for GT5.

oh man u played them all wrong then :P i loved XTR :) I even won races against some of the REALLY stupid hard bosses. and GT5 is like a guaranteed buy for me anyways.

The best racing game on the DC was by far MSR.

I just found that you could be doing very well in a race, and then you get to a point where you either a) hit a car b) hit another car or c) hit the wall. Then your opponent passes to never be caught up ever again.
But i do have to admit that i did play it for a long time since i thought i was doing something wrong and game progress was painfully slow.

it definitely took a long time to progress that's for sure. But that's kind of why i liked it. It was hard to get better and took a LONG time to beat... actually i don't think i ever finished it... but i definitely got far. Unlocked the full Wangan Line after beating the halfway boss.

also on the contrary i didn't really like MSR :(

beat TXR2 today - found my old working CD last week and my save file was still working. Final Boss is the Devil Z.
