I just don't know what to do anymore. CSS has finally stopped working all together and I have no idea what to do. I've gone through everything in Adam's sticky (different DX versions, low grafix settings, low res, etc.), I've installed Omega drivers, I even punked a better video card off my friend (who's now on PCI-e) and I still get bluescreened when I start up CSS. None of my other games do this. I've even told Steam about it several times and I still get the response of "DERP DERP DID YOU TRY THIS STUFF?" to which I reply "Yes, OVER 9000 times."
The only option I can see at all now is to get a brand new rig. Which I don't have the money for at all.
This is prolly going to be my last call for help. Next time I'm on CSS will more than likely be on a new PC.

Hey Keegz!
Have you tried memtest86? If that brings up errors, voila! New RAM/RMA RAM is the answer!
If you could get access to a different video card or processor to try in it, that would also help to narrow it down. I haven't seen your previous posts as to any possible things you've tried, but, if none of that helps out, then chances are it's your MOBO being an asshole. In which case, only things you could try do are: Reset CMOS, Set motherboard to default settings in BIOS, update BIOS to latest revision.
Other then that, I'd say your motherboard's pooched and you'll pretty much have to swap everything out for new parts unless you wanna scavenge for POTENTIALLY working pieces on ebay, which I'd personally NOT recommend.
All I can really tell ya bro, hope it helps!
P.S. Gigabyte usually means defective, so MOBO is likely to be broken.

I'm really not that sure - although if you go to 4chan, you see all the guys posting Dragonball Z pics about "OMG It's over NINE-THOUSAND!"... I think it's become a parody of the 300 "SPARTAAAAAAAH!" yell, or something.
Perhaps Wise can edgemacate us better.

DBZ is several years before 300 was conceived. Therefore, we can safely assume SPARTAAAAAAAAAA is actually a parody of DBZ.

I'm saying that the "Over Nine Thousand" yell has become a parody of the "Sparta" yell, in recent months. I realize DBZ is ancient.

This not resolved yet? If you don't wantto do a fulll wipe and reinstall, try booting in safe mode, uninstall steam and all it's apps, then reinstall it.
Try running the game from safe mode, which shouldn't work
Once you've uninstalled steam, reboot, make sure your steam folder is gone and that the registry is clean. Clean out your "documents and settings", that means find a way to back up your user and delete the profiles in there.
Try it again and see if it works now. (reinstall)
