Perfect working condition. A few slight scratches on the back. You can take it jailbroken, or wiped and upgraded to the latest version of iOS (4.1).

Sorry to hijack your thread, but if someone wants the same ipod, pretty much the same condition, I am also looking to sell mine. Comes with a latex case.
I treated it like a child, so it's in fantastic shape.
