Team Fortress 2 Server Released!

Hey guys!

Just wanted to let you know that as of 5 minutes ago I started updating the server so it'll be able to host TF2 when it gets released!

DoDSource is... blech. They managed to make it CS:1942. I just wish some've the custom mappers from DoDS would make CSS makes. Do they ever do nice work. o.O

That said, I can't wait for TF2, either. Chock full've CTF goodness! Haven't played CTF since q2 mods. Yar.

I played TF for Quake, TFC for HL, BotS, WF, TFA for both Q2 and Q3A :) Engineer (or whatever defensive class respectively; ie Bodyguard for BotS) for LIFE baby!

I'm not talking about skill; but when there are engineers running around using shotties and spies that constantly linger around your supply room...it gets quite annoying.

And besides, I'm DS DURRRRH - come on , you're supposed to be wise :(

And...just for the record; null's a great engy, Wes is uber-medic, Sharp's the rocketman, and jimmy is indeed a great demoman :) Mano's a good scout, but he's still a whore :p
Then we got people like AnotherJoe or Sniffles who help the team with whatever needs to be done. See - I *do* actually pay attention to other people :P

lol... To be fair, it was 5v5 (for a few minutes, at least :P). And DS, I don't quite enjoy being Engy. Too much sitting around waiting, though I'll abide by it when necessary. Altogether too often, sadly. Demo's my best class. 23 points. Tied with engy, actually. Though, 3300ish dmg in one round for the demo. <3 sticky bombs.

... you -can- shoot spies when they're disguised. You don't see their HP. It displays as constantly full. ... it's actually one've the better ways to know when you're hitting a spy, actually.

How is that a better way.

When FF is off I shoot a teammate and no damage goes down.

And when I shoot a spy no damage goes down.

So how would I know I am shooting a spy?


With FF on I could differentiate. Because if I were shooting a teammate damage would go down.
