Whoops, did a restore and it upgraded the modem to 05.14.02 meaning it's no longer unlocked (it is locked to Fido).

Wait until the new ultrasn0w is released before it will be unlocked again (should be this coming Tuesday).

Still running 4.1, and it is still jailbroken.
