Cheap Laptop HD and Ram

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cheap ide 2.5" hard drive and ram for an Inspiron 1150 laptop.
I'm just trying to put together a super cheap laptop for the parents and I just need the ram and hard drive to have a working machine (got the lappy free). Just looking to get 2 sticks of 512 DDR and any size hard drive. I can pick it up anywhere in Ottawa, looking to have it sorted out by the 18th if possible.

You realize there are specs needed for RAM that you didn't specify?

DDR PC2100 is what is in it, but i was at the grasping at straws point of solution, so i'm willing to buy ram and attempt to run it anyway
