Just trying to think what's given up. Storage? I'm having a brain cramp, can't remember.

Do all those laptops really have no ethernet or is it just assumed to be there.

The D820 sports a better processor even though the are both rated at 1.8ghz.
D820 has a e4300 processor while the 620 has a t2400. So first Gen dual core vs a core2duo.
I also forgot to say that the 800 series was more aimed towards a specialized market. Ie more powerful and robust than the corporate standard 600 series.
First thing to do though would be to spend 60$ afterwards to bump it up to 4gb of ram. That thing will be screaming.

I have a Dell Mini 9 (netbook) that I could bring with me to London. I bought it for $300 but its yours for $100, very lightly used. Don't need it now that I have the iPad.

If you want to bring it down, I'll try it for sure but I don't know if it'll be too small for my fat fingers.
