I've been playing for a while and i've finally figured out how to PvP... It turns out you can do it super easily and effictively using really cheap setups. 4 guys in standard frigates can do a lot of damage, last night i made a 4 person gang using only cheap ships and we cleaned out a system killing everyone.

My point is if anyone wants to try eve again. If we get like 5 people on trial accounts i can show you how to setup awesome pvp fighters using basic skills and we can kick ass!

Is it easy to make cash in this game, or just really hard to die in PvP? I know that when starting out, I had messed around a bit, and was somewhat annoyed when I found out that I did in fact lose my ship, equipment, and whatnot when I died. Granted, I don't exactly intend to play it again any time soon, but I'm still curious. Or at what point are we forced out've the "safe" zones? Other than for the better mining, I mean.

well depending on what u do it's "easy" to make money in the game... pvp can be easy, but is typically difficult (when pvp'ing alone). you are never pushed out of high security if u choose to not leave. but it should be noted that the lower security systems will always provide more money due to the fact that you are put at a higher risk factor.

and yes.. when u "die" u lose ur ship and everything on it (minus a few items that might survive the explosion). should u get pod killed aswell u will lose all ur implants... should u fail to buy a clone u will also lose the vast majority of ur training (skill points), there have people people who got pod killed without a clone who lost up to 3 YEARS of training because they failed to spend around 3million on a clone to protect their skills (differnt clones cost differnt amounts, the more skill points u have, the better ur clone has to be and the more expensive it will cost to buy).

basically the longer u play and the bigger the risks u take the more isk (money) you will make and the stronger you will become.

as for me i fly my drake (a caldari battlecruiser) that's current value is somewhere around 145 million ISK fully fitted. this is a CHEAP ship for most people, as it is also a relatively cheap ship for me as well. - catch is, i have it fitted to the point that nothing in level 3 missions has even a remote chance of killing me and i will survive most level 4 missions aswell (just wont be able to kill everything in level 4 missions because i cant kill anything worth more than 500,000 isk in bounty). mind u, i've never lost a duel in it even vs. seasoned pvp players in their ships that have countless BC kills and i've NEVER come close to death in missions

Sick video, awesome music. Thats a POS takedown (player owned station)... Eventually my new corps going to get into that kinda stuff but we're a long way away for now :)

But last night i did run a fleet out into some low-sec. We had 6 guys, 4 cruisers and 2 frigates and it was a lot of fun. I'm getting pretty good at scouting out targets and we managed to smoke a destroyer, get away clean and scare the local traffic into camping a gate.

ADD ON :: i need to know the name of this song, if anyone knows please share!

I just had a buddy run the song through his iPhone app, and it couldn't find it, so it's either home-made, or an unreleased song. BUT, it looks like it's from HL2... Someone posted a response to the song request.
