Once your payment is received your seat is guaranteed (you will see payment received next to your name) and you will be given access to the LAN forum section where more details about the LAN will be discussed (car pooling, tournaments, food etc).


FAQ

What if I have pre-paid and I cannot go anymore?
The admission fee is non-refundable. The fee can be converted to a server donation and you will be given a reserved slot

Are loaner PC's available
No, sorry. You must be able to bring a PC to attend this event.

Can I bring a friend?
For now I think it's best to make this exclusive to the people who were on the site before this thread was made. I'd like to see as many regulars there as possible. If there are still spots left, others can come.

I didn't get a seat. Can I still come hangout?
If you would like to join us you are welcome to join us for a meal for the cost of $10. Please indicate if you are planning to come and for what meal so we can make sure we have enough.

I reserved a seat but I'm unable to attend. What happens now?
This is still under discussion.

Will internet be available at the event?
This is still under discussion.

Will there be tournaments?
Yes. They haven't been discussed in detail yet though.

I guess it would depend if you're comfortable gaming on it all day and if there's support for the games we'll be playing. It certainly shouldn't be an issue as far as space and network connectivity is concerned though.

Ok guys heres the deal. I pick call called European quality meats at my work and told em I gotta do some BBQ'in for a bunch of people. I got a pretty sweet deal on meat from him and therefore we are going to eat fuckin well at this badboy!!!

BUT If you want something different or if you feel like contributing... please bring meat of whatever kind so I can BBQ it for ya (or feel free to grill it up yourself!!)

I'm goin to be grillin and chillin outside in the parking lot takin care of you guys stomachs for this bad boy.. I'll have plenty of sausages and burgers for everyone..
