Updates to the Steam Client have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Fixed case where localized content would not always be downloaded for a game
Fixed the serverbrowser "All" filter not always applying
Added /me emote in Steam chatsFixed slow startup times due to corrupt WMI installs
