Cannot register new member?

A friend tried to register and it said Registration Denied.

We need a more specific idea of what the problem is. I was just able to register a new account. At what part of the registration process did they get stuck?

I don't understand what else you wanted - someone tested it, and got registered... then asked for more information to help, and you didn't provide it...?

yeah the question is quite tricky, but joe got it right. Is there any way to post a screen of the application (editing out personal info of course)

Have someone who can register: register an account.
Give an easy password.

Give your friend the password and account info.
Have him change the e-mail, password, etc.

Tort registering new members on the forums is one of the biggest ways to help the community grow, because it's dying. Your solution is not appropriate for the good of the community.

Ill take screens soon but I don't think that's the issue.

Tort's solution isn't that bad actually. What had likely happened is that your friend has a black listed ip address. Getting someone to make an account and give it to your friend would be the easiest thing to do.

Try and Proxy IP register and see if indeed his/her IP is blacklisted.
On another note: you should be banned for inciting conspiracies that this community is dying D:<
