I got my triathlon results.....
I was 15th. meh. I am happy cuse it was so fun, but I feel I could do better.
I was 10th in the swim (750 m), 20th in the bike (20 k) and 10th in the run (5 k).
So yeah I suck at biking, anyone who wants to help me train in the summer speak up! :-)

You should try some of the trails we have in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. You'll ge real good training there. :) I can only tell you where to go, just don't ask me to follow you. haha
