I just realised..I've never introduced myself in member introductions even tho I've been here for about 3 months.
Now..in the past couple days I've been taking some heat from pistolpete's infamous post. I get the feeling I've been marked as a TNR hater? Now what I said in the post was uncalled for, but I apologized for it. I wanted to stick up for pete but that wasn't the way to do it. I really think its a shame hes banned and all that, cause we're good buds. Not the point.

Now this is a Amazing community and I have tonssssss for respect for mano, skully, rez, and all the rest of the guys and gals who keep this community alive and well.
I guess this post is my attempt at starting fresh with this community, and leave all the crap behind me.

I just moved to Calgary after 3 years in Thunder Bay. I lived in Academy towers across from the university. Definetly not gonna miss the -45C winters.

I think the series kind've did a good enough job of ruining itself.

... granted, I still get some strange amusement out've the entire thing. I feel dirty. Damned nostalgia.

If they do make a live-action movie, I'll have to watch it just for the cheese factor. I just -have- to see how they pull off the super-fast-punching-and-blocking-while-zipping-from-place-to-place fights. I can see it, now!

you know what I find funny, you guys keep talking about a movie that I have only seen unconfirmed rumors about. IF there was a dbz live action, dont you think it would be done in japan? if somehow its being made here, I have seen NOTHING saying it will be released any time soon, especially with the writers strike going on. looking up live action dbz, all I see is that it was rumored to be released in 06, which, is about 2 years late

There already are a few live action DBZ if you havn't seen them already.. they're japanese.. one I remember, Roshi jumps out the window of the turtle house, runs to the beach (the whole time fighting with the size of his prop turtle shell), meets with what looked like Chi-chi, a tall krillan, yamcha, and yagerobi, and a cheesy cgi Bruma floating on her ball, Roshi calls nimbus, and rides away on a rainbow that nimbus leaves behind.. the whole time alot of kenji is scrolling and appearin on the screen, weather it was a comercial or a short, not sure. No Dubs..

PS got it in a DB/Z/GT movie Rar I downloaded from IRC like 5-7 yers ago
