Statue was a fucking PITA. Bunker, Dam, and especially Facility were my favourites.

Goldeneye rocked for multiplayer. So many memories.

Hehe... That certainly brings back memories. I kicked everyone's ass at this, back in the day. Went so far as to have a friend call in one've his buddies from a neighboring city, to face off against me. I kicked his ass, too.... and then became best friends with the guy. Life's odd.

The Best console FPS so far. This brings me back.

Bunker, Archives, and Egyptian were the great maps. No one liked statue because it was way to bloody dark.

Definitely had a TON of fun on Goldeneye. A few honorable mentions are Perfect Dark and Quake 2. Both had their pro's and cons. I remember plenty of hours spent playing mass deathmatch Quake 2. As for Perfect Dark, I wasn't a fan of this game until recently (the last 6 months) when I decided to resurrect my N64 and purchase it.

I didn't really like Quake II. When it first came out, it gave me nightmares. Very evil game for a young child!

If you needed cross-hairs in Goldeneye...then wow you suck lol. The game auto-aimed for you, all you had to do was shoot. Only when trying to pick someone from a distance did you require the L/R button for a cross-hair, but even still it wasn't that hard to aim.

After completely dominating everyone at Goldeneye Multiplayer, I started going after the unlockable 'cheats.' I remember playing Facility for days before finally getting invincible mode!

As for Quake 2, if you couldn't handle the C-Button control style, you sucked HARD CORE at that game. It was a superior control system for the fast paced game.

Tsh i remember DK Mode, Paintball Mode and damn it KLOBB FOR THE WIN! are we forgetting Surface that was the best map, had the best music and was awesome for multiplayer and was big for multiplayer

the First FPS i played was NOLF - No One Lives Forever. Still in my mind one of the best single player modes of all time. Funniest game i had ever played, thousands of lines of Golden Comedy Scripting from the AI gaurds etc.

It was also my first multiplayer fps game i played competivaly :) was ranked in top10 in world on GameSpy at my peak haha :D

The klobb was a terrible gun. The worst in the game that i can think of. I remember pelting people with whole clips, and they'd still have half-life.

whoa whoa whoa lets not insult the Klobb here boys, thats why it owned cause when you got a kill with it atleast me i was always like WHOA YEAH HELL YEAH WOO drop the controller in victory then get karate chopped in the back (we always played in -10 health so like everything whoops your ass)
