I dont know if anyone else is having this problem but its seriously starting to annoy me.
Even after i have read all the "new posts" in a section... the main (http://www.northernresistance.com/forum/index.php) page still says there are unread posts in it (there aren't). Is there a reason for that? Am i reading the posts wrong? It just really adds to the confusion of browsing through the new site cause i keep doing big loops... and getting lost in threads ive just finished reading

It means that there has been new posts since your last visit. To read new posts, you should go to the Forum Home, and on your welcome bar, click on Get New Posts. The new post grabber is wicked accurate. Once it says that you've read all the posts, click on Mark Forums Read on the right side of the welcome bar.
You know before you clicked on new posts and it showed a ton that you've already read? Well that doesn't happen anymore. And you know before it would show you all the new posts regardless of thread and you could have like 25 Sunshine girl posts, well now it merges it all into one so you only open up the thread once. It's super sexy.
Either way, I'll look into seeing if I can get something that'll change the icon on the forum homepage.

OH! the new "new posts" section is UBER sexy... works so much better than the old one.
Its actually worthwhile using now. It even has a section for new posts that you missed last time but are still new to you
The threads below have not been updated since your last visit but still contain unread posts.
thats so useful! Dont worry about the button thing, im not going to need it to browse the forums like i used to, from now on ill just use the new sexy menus

Mano? How about you put the 'get new posts' link into the quick links menu so we don't have to jump back to enable it? Might help cruze the forum a bit better?

What if I put it into the Quick Links Mark? Do you think that would be good enough?
