As far as I'm concerned, Dustbowl is the insuperable apex of multiplayer team combat map design. And TNR is running a server worthy of its legacy. Hats off to you, gentlemen!
There never seems to be a shortage of skill/chill...a plethora of good players and people. I work in a lab all day and it's nice to come home and share the receiving end of a minigun with all these wonderful folks.
Keep up the good work, and see you at the CP.

Hey Chloro, welcome to The Northern Resistance. I have to agree with you on many fronts; I am in Sales and its a wonderful thing to de-stress at the end of a long day with some enjoyable community members.
Hope you enjoy the crown around here, cause we have some really good people at TNR. Feel free to browse the forums and get to know the group.
See ya on the server

I have a BSc in Biology. Never went any further in science though. Got a programming diploma and got a job. Chemistry PhD...wow impressive. Organic chemistry almost killed me....took it 3 friggin times before I finally passed.

Believe it or not, you can get into a PhD chemistry program without actually being a chemistry major (physics in my case) thus bypassing the need to ever take ochem...of course then you need to take physics classes.

Yeah I struggled through that as well.....in fact I am surprised I even got the degree :).
My friend who has an Anthropology BA did her PhD in biochemistry. Proves the theory you don't have to have an undergrad in the same topic. Good luck with your PhD....what University are you at?

Nice, I've actually been down to Cornell a few months back with Dr. Mennill - you guys have a kickass ornithology program there.

Still doesn't beat my degree in Ownmanofphatology. It is a pretty easy degree considering the only person you have to deal with is manofphat and since he sucks so much. I know how to go out and hand out 1.2 billion copies tomorrow as we had a big graduating class yesterday.
