Now, that all depends - Is Veng on the CAL Team? I know some workplaces have a rule about dating in the workplace. (Although, I shouldn't talk - I met my Wife at work, and we still both work in the same building.) Perhaps before everybody jumps on the "Vagina Bandwagon", we should hear about what Wise had to actually say about all this. Please, I highly doubt he was talking about online commentary.

Consider this - Veng is on one of the Teams (I just checked). Dom gets on a Team. Dom gets (hypothetically) kicked from a Team for "non-performance" (puns, awaaaaaay!) and Veng gets pissed and quits his Team. Could all of this have been avoided? Possibly.

This thread has received more traffic then almost any other thread on NR Recruitment, like it or not, this is because she is a girl.

I have nothing against her, and we do have 2 CAL teams, I just don't want to see her on my team or on Veng's team for very different reasons.

Ok, let us note, that Wiseguy is in control of nr2, and I am in nr1. If she joins nr2, then it has nothing to do with me. What happens will happen; it is beyond my control. I'd get pissed if anyone got kicked that I liked for 'non-performance' TKJ; I should not be tied to anyone in that sense, considering I could technically leave the team at any point I wanted to. Wiseguy's comment is about nr2, and I'm not in there, so I have no idea what any of this has to do with a counterstrike team. Wise has also seemed to have stated his P.o.V. and I think its silly that he should judge such sillyness as to whether or not he puts someone on his team or not; but hey, its not my team. I play CSS because I like to play CSS. Why Dom and I are seeing each other is completely unrelated and should have no god damn effect on anything that is within game. She knows what she is signing up for and will take it seriously, as much as I take my team seriously.

So yes, She is a girl. Wow, its out there now. Dom wants to play css on a team, and has signed up as so. Irregardless of anything, that is all that this post is about. View it as such. Now, I ask this of everyone, because I know some things, not to put personal feelings into consideration and think of the teams, and performance when evaluating her.

I dont understand why anyone but myself, venge and domi should be posting in this thread... the recruitment isn't open to discussion and community opinions are not going to be used for it.

I've been very careful about not saying much in this thread but it already seems like others are talking for me.

Wiseguy, You voided your first comment however because of what you posted on your second. You claimed that you were having second thoughts already about recruiting her because of what people said, You are just contradicting yourself now by saying that what people say shouldn't matter; considering it obviously does, why else would you have made that second post? And by the way, its an open board, and I think all team members should have a say, not just the deemed 'leaders' or recruiters. The only post that I really had a hard time with was your second comment Wiseguy; falling back upon your first comment does not change that.


EDIT: But yes, I do believe most of the community shouldn't have much of a say in this, but I honestly hate how silly this has all gotten. Personal life is personal life. CSS teams are completely different.
