In the last forums we had a thread where people put up their items for sale so that TNR memeber could get a quick deal or a lower price. It's a good idea, so here's the new thread. Please transfer your old items here.
(Old thread http://www.northernresistance.com/e107/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?29212)

Place your what to buy (WTB) and your what to sell (WTS) items right here. like this:

I will start next week with buying components for my new PC build. Depending on demand, I will either chop up my existing system for parts or sell it as a whole. Here is some of what my existing system is comprised of:

WTS:
Thermaltake Xaser III Aluminum Case with 7 case fans (stock)
BFG Nvidia 7800 GS OC AGP Slot Video Card
Pentuim IV 3.06 Ghz
Asus P4S800D-X Motherboard
Seagate 120Gb Serial ATA Hard Drive 7200rpm
Two sticks of generic 512 RAM - unmatched
LG DVD ROM Drive
Benq DVD Writer
Will come with clean / formatted drive - no operating system.

Best offer or will sell for parts - potentially.

Here's a pic of the case:

Overclockers typically use Prime95 Small FFTs to do stability tests on their setup. 4 hrs+ means it's good for most stuff, 24hrs+ being the best stability test.

WTS 2x BFG 7900 GT OCs. RMAing them with some fobbed up excuse to get at least refurbished, if not new ones. Haven't considered pricing them yet, but I will consider all reasonable offers. If you want to RMA them yourself, I can provide all the details and copy of the receipt and consider lower offers. Pretty much anything that'll get me one ATI 1900(-ish) with 512.

forgot to mention, these are the 256MB models.

SEND A PM. i'll get those responses for sure, as i don't have much time to actually be plowing thru topics.

Wesley Crusher
November 9th, 2007, 06:17 PM
They're loose, but "really high" I'd reserve for 6-6-6-x.
The less expensive DDR2 is 5-5-5-15, the more expensive stuff is 4-4-4-12.
I'll do some testing and see if they can tighten up. My other kit of the same stuff does DDR2-1066 5-5-5-15 and DDR2-933 4-4-4-12.

Wesley Crusher
November 10th, 2007, 05:34 PM
Ok doing some testing on that kit
DDR2-854 4-4-4-12. Happy? :P
I'll see how much farther I can push it.
