QX9650 OEM

Run at 400x10@1.360V (http://individual.utoronto.ca/bzhou/images/qx9650-retail-4000-1.360v-prime.jpg) for most of its life. Benched at 4.2 (http://individual.utoronto.ca/bzhou/images/qx9650-4200-1.4000v-3dm06-20547.jpg) with lots of headroom if you're willing to pour in the volts. I'm seeing if I can get the stock HSF for this.

Hard to part with such a sweet setup, but I need to fund something important so I'm downgrading a little. It will be on it's on its happy way to BC tomorrow.

I'm not looking to buy, but you are never going to sell that RAM for $200. Unless it's 2 kits or something.

It's in the details. This kit is part 996564 known to be Micron D9 chips, not Powerchips like all of the new 2x2GB kits. :(

Probably what I got when I ordered my Patriot Viper Extremes that wont POST over 1050MHz (1066 my ass). Good quality kit, only issue is the modules were probably over rated.

I know Micron's are supposed to be good, but I don't pay attention to what chips go into what RAM sticks. Would the $150 DDR2-1000 Redlines not have micron chips as well?

The guy couldn't get the CPU up to 4 GHz for some reason. I'm going to run some tests on it next week when I get some time.

EDIT: Only thing remaining is the 7600GT. I'm closing this thread but if you're still interested in that card, let me know. No one's been biting for that one, so I may just toss it into a spare rig.
