To all image artists!

I'm looking for a banner that'll be placed on a ban page advertising the "TNR-Banhammer". I want something that looks professional/official (a sweet gavel would be nice!).

Here are the image properties that I'm looking for:

Width: 400px
Height: 100px
BG Color: #212224
