i started using photoshop today so im not gr8 and im not even shure if this will line up right, but im sure with wise's help and a lil work i can get this to work out nice, what do you think?

dont know to much yet so i was just fooling around with some splater brushes that look like 300 and some shadowing, somthings still missing ill ask wise when hes on

it looks good, i give you props to the fact its not a box, but actually ties into the background.

my two cents: removed that inner shadow on the text, and get a better font from www.fontfreak.com and use that with some softer effects, like a 20% opacity gradiant

I prefer www.dafont.com - It's really well layed out and it lets you preview your actual text with all the fonts. It sucks when you download a font because it looks really cool but then you realize that the "N" or something is weird.

Depends at what resolution you run at. Right now they're sized so they still fit in the area if the client is running 1024x768

I was looking for some but I coudln't find anything extrodinary for TF2 or COD4 so I thought I'd move away from borders, but apparently transparency is a no no with man-o. And the gradient looks wrong on Safari/G4 but looks fine on my Firefox/PC at home.

I've seen it before it's just looks odd, the type defidently needs some love :P What are you in school for lefty?

About the one with the text cut off at the bottom... I like it too. I think I'd like it a little more if it were closer to the right edge though (so the letter touches the edge). Maybe it's just my eccentric taste though.

Haha, no sweat! You should take a look at some bitmap fonts (http://www.dafont.com/bitmap.php). Although they aren't smooth and curved, they're still really cool! I just felt that the font I got sort of gave off the "spy" vibe, but that may just be my eccentric taste.

I would also shrink the red logo down a teeny bit so that the full circle is there. Otherwise it looks pretty cool. I like the gradient from blue to red.
