I would like to rename my user login name from m0interactive to m0, could that be done please!

Yeah, just let me know and I will change it up for ya. But 3 character minimum is correct.

It could be done since this is vBulletin, just alter the table where username = m0interactive and set it to m0 :)-


UPDATE user SET username='m0' WHERE username='m0interactive'

3 characters is the limitation on vBulletin, but an admin could change it by a simple query. m0 is unique :p Would be cool to have like phpbb forums (no limitation) But other vbulletin forums the admin did that for me.

There is no Database limitation unless vB is using triggers and I know they are not.

if mano renames you to a 2 letter name - he's gonna get spammed by requests. I suggest you just leave ur name as it is for now

People, you have no idea what your doing to your identity with all the name changes. Pick one you like and fly with it. Eventually there is name recognition and people get to know you. I've seen people change their name and its like dealing with someone new all over again and remembering who they are, or were. I've been using the same game name since the days of Duke Nukem and Quake etc...

Couldn't a minimum character limitation be worked around by using the ASCII blank character? m0(Alt 255)

I guess it would still look awkward because there would be a blank at the end.

Same here. Been DS since Duke 3D & Dark Reign. Damn, those were the good ole' days.
