used to like em... but hes terrible and repetitive, with the a lot of his stuff making fun of various things.

when i was into rap he was the only one who could truly freestyle which is why he was the only one i respected (and trust me ive heard just about every rapper you can name)

Truly freestyle? Ever heard of Jay-Z? Canibus? Cage? Necro? Big L? Biggie? Nas? Those are/were excellent spitters that could rip anybody, anytime and anywhere they wanted. Eminem got picked up because he could spit, but he is far from being a god....you might've watched 8 Mile too many times.

Eminem, was good for his time, and he also broke the color barriers of hiphop, to some extent. Eminem simply ran out of time, but he was aware of it.

Yeah, that's so true. He's really only got two kinds of songs (as anyone who's listened to any amount of his music knows); his depressing songs on his hard life and his joke songs on just about everything. He's a good rapper, but sometimes it gets annoying.
