but mine says that steam is in "offline mode"

It wont let me open nothin.

what is this?

Perhaps you started in offline mode because you lost your internet connection or somethin. Close Steam and restart.

Yeah. Offline mode is when there is no internet connected to your computer, but say you wanted to play Half Life 2. There should either be an option to log in, or just restart your steam.
