Last night (this was between 10pm-2am), on #4 people kept getting assigned to spectator. You'd pick a class, and be fine for a few seconds, them you'd suddenly be on spectator.
It was as if the idle timer thing went nuts. Three of four times I was halfway building up an uber when it happened. It wasn't just me either, it was happening to a lot of folks.

Yeah I not only experienced it I watched it happen to a number of people. It seemed to only happen at the start of a round though.

I have noticed this also happens when you go afk for min.
I was assigned to spec, then jumped back on a team. I was immediately thrown back into spec. The next time I assigned a team it was fine though.

this has happened on #2 and #3 for me.

Happened once to me after being idle for a few minutes, and then once again IMMEDIATELY after spawning for a round start. Was able to re-join no problem.

I noticed this too... I was there when Envy was on the other team and for some reason it only seemed to affect the blue team attacking on the first round of Goldrush...

I don't know if it's that isolated, but that's all I remember.

Is this happening? I changed some of the settings when I was on on sometime (I can't remember when) and I tested out being afk and this no longer seems to be an issue. If it's still happening please post here and I'll look into it again - thanks.

Yeah, I haven't had it happen again outside that one day.
