Up for sale:
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic
Hot-rodded (http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f46/hotrodding-x-fi-laymans-guide-no-56k-226975/)
I've replaced the main power filter cap with a Black Gate 2200uF, and all of the op-amps with National Semiconductor LM4562s.
Unfortunately I only have a 4.1 system so I am unable to test the subwoofer/centre channel and cannot guarantee that it works properly.
$100, local pick-up.
Comes with card, anti-static bag, driver CD.

No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.
so it seems im in the market for a soundcard - not sure im ready to dish out $100 for one though, im only using these (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/speakers_audio/home_pc_speakers/devices/214&cl=ca,en)
are you willing to bargain a bit? pm me?

BB has been king of the music scene for 20 years. For a reason lol.
