I wasnt around when he got banned, i talked to him personally about your guys rules and he knows them, i put my trust in the kid. hahaha, but the choice is yours guys to unban him or not.

he knows what hes done wrong and apologizes.

Umm - I've got a question: Exactly what did he do to get banned for racism? Was it extremely explicit, or an off-the-cuff comment? Regardless, two weeks is not a long time - I have a short fuse for racists, and a permaban would've been handed down, had it warranted it.

(Of course, I'm also pretty nice in my warn 'em, give 'em a chance to stop, then ban 'em dept.)

Plus, if it's been less than a week and it hasn't been posted it's probably not a perm ban.

Thanks for the info - I'd have warned against that language, and if compliance hadn't been met, the second n-bomb would have been the last. Bannage would have occurred. :) Good to hear you left the clan. (or was that "Klan"?) ;)

Nah - I like the banning method better. That way, we show others that we don't support racism. I only use mute if somebody's spamming chat or the in-game mic. Racism is a bigger issue and requires a bigger response than simply muting a player.

And muting prevokes tking which is annoying. You want them to stop not get worse. But yeah, no worries anymore.
