Yeah, I was just going to post that. I bought an ancient PC from Brian and it kicks serious ass, as old as it is. It runs more efficiently than the average XP rig although it's only barely capable of running CSS even... I think he works some magic with stripping out unneeded services and such.

In short, you're getting the real deal in terms of components and helpfulness. And it's pretty much right within your budget and you don't have to fuss with picking an upgrade path... Seems more flexible for the future too? I don't know much about that though.

Summary: buy it! If I had money, I would... ;)
