Yes, and Gerry's e-mail was the key to it all....you guys just didn't see it.

And Winston I looked at that but the quest was 250 for me....he gave me some decent deals cause I'm a "regular" intotal I save 200 bucks from the total cost.

*edit*
Did some research, gonna see what I can find and I'll talk to the guy on monday see what he says I know he owns one.

Thats one of the worst cases ever. You should've got this one
http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c378/rwer/case.jpg

I've got 2 of the Antecs in the shop, they look good in the pictures cause the case looks big but once actually have it it's small, it's the size of a standard ATX case and if you get an 8800 or 2900 they just fit without the power.

The Antec case is awesome. I built my system using the same case - Antec 900. Yes, it is not a Server sized case, but it fits everything provided you can do cable management with some kind of proficiency. Its better for LAN events and has some great cooling fans / features. Oh, and my 8800 fits no problem, so I'm not too sure what Nick is talking about.

If yer lookin' at LAN cases, nothing beats something with a handle!

Of course, for coolness factor, I like this one. It screams 2001/2010.

Im pretty sure Chris that the first one wont fit.

EDIT: That's if you have drives in the bay behind the fan anyway.

@76mm deep, that would depend on where you mount it, I've got 2 spots on my case where I wouldn't mind one, 220 CFM is fucking impressive.

SharpShooter

Why before were all dead...... If he only spent $2300 with a monitor my new comp that I built is probably better than his..... and I would have gone with a different monitor if you were gunna spend around $400 on it unless you already changed your mind and went with the Dell. If you still don't have your monitor picked out look at the Samsung SyncMaster 226BW is a very good gaming LCD monitor.

Spec's are 2ms Response Time, and a 3000:1 Contrast ratio.

*Congrats on your new build and I hope to see ya in the server soon*

with the recent price drops it doesnt even take $1500 to make a bitchin tower, ram right now is $100 for 2 gig, all the processors have dropped in price along with most video cards...8800gt*s* is roughly $350 which is pretty damn good considering my 7900gt was $290 a few months back

to be honest id never let someone build a computer for me, just go on ncix.com get familiar with the prices and check out reviews on the net...cant lose
