Can NR get a multiquote? It's pretty much an easier way to quote multiple people. You select which posts you want to quote then post a reply. When the page loads, the text field will be already filled with all the posts you've flagged for quoting.

I use it all the time over at Shoryuken (http://www.shoryuken.com) and it's definitely a time saving feature. Especially now that people are typing up essays for posts.
