Need a ban banner

We need a banner to be displayed on bans.northernresistance.com (http://bans.northernresistance.com). 320px × 42px. Only one can be chosen.

There's my basic concept; tf2-themed banner using achievement colors and a CUSTOM-MADE (*SHOCK*) ban hammer achievement logo. The other plan is to make a banner that looks like an achievement, but it might come across as a little too plain-jane so I'll hold off on it for now.

The text and placement of everything can be rearranged as requested, other witty fake quotes can be inserted, etc. etc.
