i attempted teh 6pack ab thing when i was ur age Niser... i got bored after like a month... it takes a LOT of dedication to keep going, cuase u get SOOOoooo lazy after a while

I still have a six pack, only its hidden behind some well aged sirloin and a few pounds of fatty tissue.

i attempted teh 6pack ab thing when i was ur age Niser... i got bored after like a month... it takes a LOT of dedication to keep going, cuase u get SOOOoooo lazy after a while

plus some people just don't have the genes for fantastic results, I spent months trying to get a 6 pack a while back but I could never break a 4, no one in my family has ever had really great abs, so at this point I'm just trying to keep healthy to fight the hyperlypodemia my parents gave me. (High triglyceride count -> unstable cholesterol level -> high risk of heart and cardiovascular disease)

Yup. I just do crunches and I have a 6 pack. lol - mind you I have been working my abs for like 3-4 years every day. *shrug*

i duno my legs are pumped form all the lower body stuff i do, but my upper body is hurting, i have started doing stuff at the gym for that though

lol i doubt ill get lazy wise lol but maybe ask me in a couple months :P the worst is the weekends i can never keep a tight scedual on the weekends every thing goes 2 hell lol

lol y do i need 2 put on w8 kt lol i usto have like a flabby belly but its going away with the ab work out lol

lol nope i have the genes... im just a lazy bastard... this one time i took up jogging for a week and i lost 10 pounds. then i quit jogging.

my body's in decent shape and i never exercise and go through like 3 bags of chips a week, its wicked
