Glen Sather may be fired if the Rangers lose tonight

Anyone hear these rumors? Supposedly general manager Glen Sather is on the hook if the Rangers lose again to the Islanders tonight. I, as a New Jersey Devils fan, will be saddened if they fire Glen Sather as year after year he brought huge roster turnover enabling in no team chemistry (over 60 different players have played for the Rangers in the past 4 seasons), signing average players to huge contracts messing with their cap space (Redden $6.5mil per year, Drury $7mil per year, Rosival $5mil per year) and hiring a douche canoe like John Torterella as their head coach.

Yes I know this is a rumor and it does not have any credibility, but I just wanted to make a post about what you guys would think about it if it actually would happen.

It will always be a mystery on why the Rangers cant win more games, they always have big names(Jagr, Shanahan, Drury, Gomez, etc; yes i know some arent there anymore) in their lineup and still manage to miss the playoffs once in a while.
