Updates to Alien Swarm have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:

Added Dedicated Server Browser to the main menu

Huge.

I can't stand the matchmaking thing they have for public games. They barely provide any information and you end up in games with your ping at 250+ and occasionally disconnecting. I played a bit on a dedicated server last night and it was much better. No more getting hit from something that's a good distance away.

My only complaint, and maybe I just missed it because I'm stupid, is that the dedicated server list didn't seem to indicate the difficulty level.
