    Light Bulb ThinkGeek.com Review

I just wanted to share a very positive customer service experience I had with ThinkGeek.

About two weeks ago I ordered a couple of items from them. I only noticed yesterday that I was missing one of these items. I looked and looked but couldn't find it anywhere. The packing list indicated that the item was shipped along with my other items.

I went to their website and launched a live chat session. Within seconds a gentlemen named Dave was helping me out. It took about two short messages for Dave to understand what had happened and he agreed to ship me the item again at no extra charge.

The whole ordeal lasted about five minutes. The whole order process from start to finish was amazing and they come highly recommended for future purchases (you can use coupon code NEXTORDER to save $10 on an order of $40 or more)

There are so many things I would like to order from there but the shipping/duty is crazy.
Glad to hear you had a good experience with them. Good to know if I every order from there.

I put in several different orders to take advantage of that coupon code.
The item I was missing was: Set of Circuitboard Coasters

I think I'm going to order the keylogger from them and pick it up when I'm in the States. I have a co-worker that's been getting "uppity" with me lately...
