Innnnnterested. What benefits does a "reference card" give? (...and know I'll be back to ask even more questions - I've been out of the tech stuff for a few years now, and am building a gaming rig.) Edit: I just looked it up, and 'reference' deals with the fact that the card is the one that all non-ref cards are 'recommended' to be based on, before other manufacturers make changes, etc. etc. So, I guess that's not awful, unless someone makes a non-reference card with better specs.
