Well there's your problem!

If you mean you paid for a reserved slot then:
1) It doesn't look like they activated it yet, you don't have a donated amount next to your name
2) Change to port you connect to 27015, instead of 27020.

I actually just signed in to update the donated to dates hahaha
You should be good to go on all the servers on the next map change man
