    I'm pretty sure that I've read that TekSavvy's cable isn't throttled. I'm not certain about that, though.

    TekSavvy's DSL from Bell still is. Although, supposedly Bell was putting a stop to that in certain areas starting in November.
    Why should I have to WORK for everything?! It's like saying I don't deserve it!
