Can I donate one time for more than one month?

Hey,

I don't like donating $5-10 dollars in installments to get the reserved slot every month. Can I donate like $50 - $100 and get reserved slot for the full year?

Yes... it's $5 / month for a reserved slot... so if you donate $60, you can get a reserved slot for the year. If you take a look at the slot owner's list, MaLeK who has donated a ton, has his until like 2010... LOL.

when you click on donate, beside the "Donate ___ CAD" there's a box where you can set up a subscription for x months.

you can also do this through paypal so it will pay $x every month for y months

Technically speaking Gerry//Skullcrusher is the only one qualified to answer this, though I don't see why the stuff asydik posted would be inaccurate, also, ungst, just an example of how shitty my payment setup is, each time I donate I lose about $3-4 in the process.

Since I use email transfers, it isn't really worthmy while to do 5, 10, or 15 bucks in one shot, since I have to pay an extra 1.50 for the transfer...

S'why I ponied up and paid bigger, then pleasantly realized the reserved slot subscription thing.

Everything said so far is pretty accurate. However, you need to say specifically that your entire donation is meant for an ongoing reserved slot. Thats why the subscription method of paypal works best. If you just send in a donation for like $ 50 bucks and dont tell me its all to go to reserved slots, I just average things out, some for a general site donation and some towards your reserved slot.

The method has changed.
A single donation no matter what the amount will only be counted for the one month.
If you would like to setup a donation over multiple months I recommend that you use the PayPal subscription feature.
