Want to join a PUG but dont have IRC. For those of you who find it a pain to get connect to the IRC channels, or simple don't have the time / knowhow to setup an IRC client there is now an easy solution.

A relatively new online - in browser IRC client. Looks great and is easy to use, and best of all, doesn't require plugins or installation of any sort. I've been using it for the last 2 weeks to connect from a school library where i was unable to install an IRC client or use a java plugin.

The reason i decided to make this Guide/Tutorial is that i realized that there are only some 2000+ people using this tool per day, and it came to me that it just means not enough people know about it yet.

The tabs are easy to navigate and it operates exactly as a normal IRC client.

TL;DR

1. Click Here

2. Select 'GameSurge webirc' from the drop down.

3. Enter your alias in the Nick field.

4. Enter '#nrpug' in the Channel field.

5. Click Go.

Also - they added Gamesurge to the list of servers so you no longer have to manually connect to it. I basically have to re-write the whole guide, lol.
