Pub3 had 1 problem. A verify_all parameter was added to the startup which forced it to go over the Alloted startup time. This was fixed by removing said parameter.

I spoke to mano face-to-face last week and he said you can request it in the Paypal comment when you donate. Feel free to do so if you'd like to have it roll over as it did before.
