Welcome to the "Report a Post" Sticky


Thank you for taking the time to read this important message from the site Moderators of this web forum. As you can appreciate, time is very important and valuable to us all, so taking a few moments to absorb the information below will help you save that precious time and reduce the frequency of reported posts.

Please note that this post is not to pick on any particular individual(s), but to provide a rough guideline in reporting a specific post to the website moderators for their review. When you submit a report it automatically emails all the site moderators and details what part of a particular thread/post you have an issue with - or has content that is unsuitable, inappropriate etc...

Due to the increase in reported posts and the constant emails pouring into our site moderators, please use the following as a guidline before you report a post:

Is the post offensive ?
Does it discriminate ?
Does it project racism ?
Is it a bot spamming the forums ?
Does it link to a porn site ?
Does the post include nude or pornographic images ?
Is it a blatant personal attack from another member ?

If upon reviewing the forums and you come across a post that leads you to say 'Yes' to any of the above, then by all means please report the post.

On the other hand if it does not include any of the above, sit back, relax, take a deep breath and restrain yourself from reporting a post that doesn't fall into the above categories.

If something still bothers you and you feel the need to report it, feel free to send a copy to Dear Abbey, she may be able to provide some advice to deal with the traumatic event that is the forums.
