Actually Gootch, it varies across Asia, from heavily censored in Burma and North Korea to moderate censored in China to lightly censored in Singapore and promoted in South Korea

That website doesn't seem to work. Even Official Chinese government sites are supposedly blocked. Even http://gov.cn, the governments main official website is supposedly blocked. This supposed block checking website is lies all around.

yeah, there's a surprising amount of stuff that's blocked

I'm not sure if it's lies all around, maybe just difficulties in getting the request to china and back

There must be something wrong, because that site automatically says a site is blocked, whether or not it actually is. I have a friend who's living in China and several of the forum sites on which we regularly chat are supposedly blocked, but they're not. Also, the Chinese government wouldn't block their own website.
