    Few things to make sure of...
    - make sure you have the latest version (1.2.0)
    - make sure you have a certificate (run the certificate wizard under configure)
    - try turning off "force TCP" (under the configure -> settings -> network [need Advanced box checked to see network tab])

    Aside from those... I have no idea (looking more into it.)
