No objections in this case, but a personal caveat.

I try to always warn first, and then the severity of the ban is based upon response. Dropping a porn spray sounds like a no-brainer no-no to me, but obviously, if you get a stupid response from your warning, a permaban might still be warranted. An, "aww, man you guys are no fun" and a quick change to fix the spray could result in a no-ban situation.

Just fyi even if you put it in the motd it's not going to make a difference. I can't say the number of times I've had people pull exploits, use racial slurs, etc and then been told "I didn't know" when it's clearly stated in the rules. This is a gaming server not some contract - and it's not like people just straight up ban for porn sprays. They'll get warned beforehand and if they choose not to listen it's their own fault.

Anyways, I permaban and then if they come up with a well-worded and reasonable excuse I would lower it to a month.
