I think you need to check your definition of a fan. He is still a die-hard fan despite his team being in last place. Thats a true fan. And here you are, Senators lost, but in your mind they are still the best team in the world. They cant be beat. They can beat every team with ease. Thats not a true fan, thats being on the band wagon. Thats being blind and ignorant. No one in this thread said anything about Toronto or anyone else that their team is the best. Except for you bud.

Toronto sucked the big one for many years. So what. I still enjoy watching them.

but if you want to get into facts. Well here's some.

I do have to go back to what grum said a while ago. 4 out of 5 years in a row, Toronto faced Ottawa. Toronto beat Ottawa those 4 years, swept them twice in 4 games. (thats 4 wins in a row in the playoffs if you are a noob) They year extra year out of the 5, they both played the flyers. Ottawa lost in 5 games. Toronto lost in 7 where the last game in Overtime when Keith Primeau got 4 goals that game. Very nice goals too he deserved it.( including the overtime one) Toronto > Ottawa in the playoffs, you cant deny it until they redeem themselves.

toronto is the most covered team and its all you hear about when you live here, its just more enjoyable to watch them for the familiarity win or lose
and sens will be gone first round of playoffs unless they somehow face mtl
